• Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate loss.
• Monitor cases and reports to identify trends.
• Stop suspicious transactions in accounts.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Support during weekends for team coverage.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in high-risk environments.
• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns in transaction data.
• Experience with KYC/KYB reviews and transaction investigations.
• Excellent written communication skills for case documentation.
• Ability to make judgment calls with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency under pressure.
• Familiarity with AML regulations.
• Willingness to support during weekends.
