In Short

• Advising on a variety of regulatory issues, including licensing and matters pivotal to the company's growth.
• Drafting and reviewing strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Responding to regulatory enquiries and shaping the long-term regulatory strategy.
• Developing and managing the APAC legal and compliance programme.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to the substantive area.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions.
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior in-house experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is preferred.
• The role primarily involves non-contentious work; candidates with a background in contentious work are welcome.
