Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials.
• 6-10 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services or technology.
• Expertise in drafting complex financial or technology product terms.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
