The Operational Risk Manager at Binance will play a vital role in developing and maintaining risk policies and governance across the firm, ensuring effective risk management practices are in place.

In Short

• Assist in the development of risk policies and training materials.
• Support effective risk governance and establish Key Risk Indicators.
• Consolidate regional incidents and perform trending analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments on various Crypto products.
• Oversee outsourcing frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain robust controls.
• Support initiatives in Third Party Risk management and Incident management.
• Perform Risk Dashboard and Report for management oversight.
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive initiatives concurrently.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as requested by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Risk Management preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services or operational risk.
• Experience in governance, risk & compliance tools is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.
