Creative Designer - APAC - Remote

Overview

As a key member of Binance’s Global Creative Team, the Creative Designer will produce world-class, compelling design work tailored for both APAC and Chinese audiences, localizing and scaling global campaigns across various platforms.

In Short

• Produce best-in-class design assets for Asia and global campaigns.
• Follow and translate creative direction into compelling designs.
• Collaborate with design leads and project managers.
• Act as a creative liaison for local marketing teams.
• Localize and adapt global creative assets for Asian markets.
• Support acquisition and retention teams with engaging digital campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative output.
• Assist in defining and improving creative workflows.
• Mentor junior designers and manage projects with third-party agencies.
• Build strong relationships with global and Asia marketing teams.

Requirements

• Degree in graphic, brand, or digital design.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a global business or agency.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in the end-to-end design process.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with third-party agencies.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
