• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into services.
• Proactively initiate performance tuning and troubleshoot incidents.
• Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Write high-quality code and advocate for engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and mentor junior members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in building high-throughput distributed applications.
• Proficient in core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proficient in distributed system design and familiar with messaging middleware.
• A quick learner with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Able to collaborate with the remote team across different time zones.

Benefits

• Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC is a plus.
• Experience in KYC or Compliance is a plus.
