Overview

The Team Lead (PM+) role is a hybrid role that blends project management with hands-on technical contributions to drive our AI initiatives forward.

In Short

• Support AI work by managing projects, sprints, and tracking overall progress
• Work directly with AI engineers on day-to-day tasks and technical priorities
• Coordinate with other PMs to identify handoff points and ensure smooth transitions
• Validate checkpoints and maintain visibility into sprint statistics
• Keep communication tight between teams to ensure nothing gets lost in translation
• Help define problem spaces alongside engineers
• Assist with writing and reviewing code when needed
