Overview

As a Senior Forecasting Analyst at BILL, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal resource allocation across customer support, operations, and service teams through advanced forecasting methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce management and volume forecasting.
• Expertise in WFM software such as Calabrio.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience presenting data to executive leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills to synthesize data into strategies.
