• Develop and implement automated marketing processes and strategic concepts for multi-stage marketing and sales campaigns, especially for lead generation.
• Design innovative lead magnets and coordinate their implementation within the marketing team.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience through thoughtful automations.
• Segment customer data, apply relevant A/B testing strategies, and manage automated processes.
• Analyze campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for future planning and optimization.

Requirements

• Proficient in HubSpot, from conceptualizing customer journeys to technical implementation of workflows.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, knowing how to effectively use whitepapers, content pieces, and videos.
• Familiar with CPA, CAC, CLV, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
• Strong technical understanding of API integration and data automation processes.
• A blend of visionary thinking, creative flair, and technical knowledge.
