Overview

As a Marketing Automation Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing complex multi-step campaigns using our marketing automation platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in the execution and analysis of campaigns at the global and regional level.

In Short

  • Building and executing marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform (Eloqua).
  • Producing, testing, and launching email campaigns.
  • Working with campaign owners to ensure project plans are executed.
  • Ensuring all emails are delivered in line with brand guidelines.
  • Tracking all emails in project management software (Asana).
  • Tracking progress of campaigns once live and reporting on impact.
  • Optimizing and standardizing program implementation processes.
  • Supporting manager in promoting and delivering training on new campaign developments.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the marketing organization.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • At least 5 years of related marketing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
  • Experience in building campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email and landing page templates.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and tracking best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
