In Short

• Participate in monthly and weekly promotion planning.
• Setup and manage promotional campaigns and communications to increase engagement and conversion.
• Order content and designs for promotions (collaboration with content and design teams).
• Track key performance metrics of campaigns (e.g., conversions, ROI, CTR, user activity).
• Research competitors' activities and market trends to improve own campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools.
• Ability to work with analytical tools to monitor and assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methods and experience in campaign optimization.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Experience in gambling, sports betting is a plus.
• English level - Upper-Intermediate.
