ServiceChannel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to accelerate our growth through innovative, data-driven demand creation and pipeline programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and scale high-impact campaigns that span email, webinars, events, paid media, landing page optimization, and more—all within an integrated, multi-channel strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you’ll be at the forefront of fueling our pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Uncover and test new B2B lead-generation channels.
• Lead segmentation efforts and tailor messaging for key buyer personas.
• Analyze campaign data to monitor key metrics and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with demand generation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics.
• Understanding of content marketing strategies.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for B2B messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
