The Operational Expense Manager at BHG Financial will play a key role in guiding financial decisions and supporting both immediate goals and long-term success by managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP Financial Systems, especially Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Familiarity with Power BI or data analytics software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
