Overview

As a Client Services Specialist at BHG Financial, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and solutions in the financial services sector.

In Short

• Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
• Enter records of customer calls, interactions, and inquiries via a CRM system
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate with internal departments as needed
• Work Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM EST

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred or related work experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Navigate through various software systems
• MUST be able to work Monday - Friday on a 12-9 PM schedule
