Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python.
• Experience with predictive models using statistical/machine learning techniques.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to solve problems.
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience working in Databricks or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
