Construction Project Officer - Remote

Overview

The Construction Project Officer will provide virtual support to the Arizona office from any location throughout the Philippines, assisting the construction team with project management tasks.

In Short

• Support the Construction Team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Enter project information into project management software (Yardi, Elevate).
• Maintain an organized filing system for project documentation.
• Request and track necessary construction project documentation.
• Maintain status tracking logs for project submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with drafting and tracking contracts and change orders.
• Verify and track vendor paperwork.
• Review vendor and contractor invoices for accuracy.
• Communicate relevant project information to team members.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading construction company.
• Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Yardi experience preferred.
