Overview

The HR Operations Senior Associate plays a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations across BFA Global. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires strong ownership of processes, systems, and employee experience.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day HR administration including contracts, letters, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure quality and compliance.
• Process monthly payroll inputs and support benefits administration.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries across regions.
• Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Manage HR systems and identify improvements to workflows.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards and maintain trackers.
• Strong execution and follow-through; excellent attention to detail.
• 5–6 years in HR Operations or People Services roles.

Requirements

• Experience in a global or multi-country context preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and data accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
