Manager, Field Marketing - Remote

In Short

• Manage a team of Community Liaisons to achieve key metrics and goals.
• Spend up to three days a week in the field to build relationships.
• Collaborate with clinic teams for seamless integration of operations.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Conduct presentations and coordinate marketing collateral.
• Drive market membership goals for growth and retention.
• Plan and execute local community events.
• Maintain communication with the Director, Field Marketing.
• Assist with special projects and educational efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales or community outreach.
• 2-3 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience in valued based care (VBC) or Medicare Advantage preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Community event planning experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
