Design, build, and lead development of Python-based backend systems using AWS serverless services.
Define and enforce clean, maintainable code standards and architecture patterns.
Act as a technical lead and mentor for other developers.
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate with external services and internal systems.
Implement observability best practices using AWS-native tools.
Work cross-functionally to align technical solutions with product goals.
Help shape hiring decisions and technical evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
7+ years of professional Python development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless architectures.
Proven success designing and implementing microservices.
Deep understanding of Python best practices.
Experience with auth mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
Proficiency with GitHub and collaboration workflows.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills focused on performance and scalability.
