Overview

The Betr team is seeking a Head of Games to lead the operations, strategy, and product of their newest gaming verticals, focusing on developing a high-performing portfolio of social casino and arcade-style games.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in gaming with senior leadership exposure.
Strong understanding of mobile/social gaming dynamics.
Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&L.
Excellent communication skills.
Data-driven mindset for strategy development.
Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks.
