Testing Strategy Manager F/M - Remote

Overview

As the head of the testing strategy, you will report to the Head of Developer Experience and be responsible for defining and evolving QA strategies while guiding teams towards a model where quality is fully integrated into engineering.

In Short

• Establish a structured QA model.
• Develop and implement a learning and mentoring program to improve the skills of QA and engineers regarding best testing practices.
• Define and refine the QA strategy to ensure measurable results.
• Work closely with Engineering Managers to integrate quality at the heart of the development cycle.
• Establish and track key quality indicators to measure the impact of QA initiatives.
• Provide technical solutions to Test Data Management challenges.
• Foster the adoption of CI/CD best practices focused on quality.
• Communicate updates regarding quality progress to the CTO and Management Committee.
• Mentor QA Engineers and develop their skills.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze quality issues.

Requirements

• Strong background in computer engineering.
• 8 years or more of experience in software engineering environments.
• Experience in complex technical ecosystems, including web, mobile, and backend services.
• Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing QA strategies.
• Hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient in French and English.
