• Proven track record of delivering accessible and scalable frontend solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools.
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling frontend architectures.
• Track record of mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
