• Serve as the first point of contact for Thailand based teams exploring the Berachain ecosystem.
• Introduce networks of Thailand based venture capital funds and other relevant entities to Berachain.
• Identify unique opportunities for Berachain in the Thailand market.
• Work closely with native DApps and builders to develop partnerships.
• Leverage existing networks to attract builders to the chain.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product features.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market.
• Engage with users and stakeholders for insights and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in blockchain or fintech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi.
• Knowledge of the current DeFi, NFT-fi, GameFi landscapes.
• Robust interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience structuring complex partnerships.
• Experience building and scaling sales/BD teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in both traditional finance and crypto business development.
