Berachain is seeking a self-starter to lead APAC growth initiatives, focusing on engaging users and capital providers within the decentralized finance ecosystem.

In Short

Work closely with teams to drive user and capital engagement in the Berachain ecosystem.
Deep network across APAC, particularly in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore.
Experience in business development, sales, or finance in blockchain or fintech.
Strong understanding of DeFi, NFT-fi, and GameFi landscapes.
Ability to structure complex partnerships and collaborations.
Experience in building and scaling business development teams.
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other APAC languages.
Short onboarding period in Toronto required.
Generate opportunities for Berachain prior to joining.
Act as a liaison for APAC teams exploring Berachain.

Requirements

3+ years in business development or sales, preferably in blockchain.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystems.
Robust interpersonal communication skills.
Experience structuring complex partnerships.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in both traditional finance and crypto.
Fluent in one or more APAC languages.
