As we scale, we are building out our legal function to support our growing commercial operations across Europe and beyond.

In Short

• Entry-level position for a recently qualified lawyer with an interest in technology and commercial law.
• First dedicated legal hire focused on contracts.
• Support the full commercial lifecycle from negotiations to signed agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various customer contracts.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates.
• Identify legal risks in contract language.
• Support the sales team with legal input during negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable law, including GDPR.
• Build and maintain a contract repository.
• Stay current on legal developments relevant to SaaS and data protection.

Requirements

• First or second state exam completed in Germany.
• Strong academic background with an interest in commercial or technology law.
• Exposure to contract law or data protection through internships.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Detail-oriented and business-minded.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Genuine interest in SaaS and B2B software.
