To successfully position a new brand in the market, we are looking for a Brand Manager (m/f/d) full-time (40 hours/week) starting immediately.

In Short

• Develop a new brand in the functional food sector with strategic partners.
• Evaluate market analyses & competitors and identify real market trends.
• Dive into personas and customer groups: Understand what they want!
• Develop products from the first idea to market launch.
• Create D2C growth strategies and manage all marketing activities (performance/influencer marketing, content creation).
• Coordinate external partners such as agencies, freelancers & production companies.
• Continuous sparring and KPI-based reporting to the founders.
• Lead a modern & sustainable brand identity that reflects our vision.
• Feel fully responsible for the success of an entire brand.

Requirements

• Proactive, reflective, and quick to find creative solutions.
• Proven successes in building & developing a brand.
• Experience with online sales channels & D2C strategies.
• High affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset.
• Love for making data-driven decisions and optimizing processes.
• Experienced in coordinating partners, empathetic yet assertive.
• Confident demeanor that leaves no doubt about your decisions.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and accountability for your area.
• Identification with a goal-oriented leadership style.
• Fluent German is essential.
