UX/UI Product Design Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Product Design Lead to join our Design team at BE[IN]CRYPTO, a company dedicated to producing trusted information about crypto, blockchain, and Web3.

In Short

• Design user interfaces and experiences in a team environment.
• Conduct usability tests and user research studies.
• Translate findings into insights and communicate recommendations.
• Create user-centered designs based on market analysis and feedback.
• Develop wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Visual design expertise with mock-ups and style guides.
• Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience in user research activities.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience in UI and UX design.
• A portfolio showcasing design craft is required.
