Quality Technician - Night Shift - Remote

Overview

The Quality Technician will work closely with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with Quality Systems in a medical device manufacturing environment.

In Short

• Conduct inspections and tests according to procedures.
• Raise Quality Notifications and investigate non-conformances.
• Perform routine verification of manufacturing areas.
• Support internal and third-party audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
• Assist in product returns and validation runs.
• Provide support for customer complaints.
• Work on night shifts (11pm - 11am).

Requirements

• GCSE in Maths and English.
• Experience in a quality role in medical device manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Minitab.
• Excellent communication skills.
