In Short

• Oversee planning, reporting, and analysis of Standard Product Costing and Manufacturing Variances.
• Develop standard costs and maintain fixed assets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Drive continuous financial improvement through various analyses.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial policies.
• Assist auditors with periodic reviews.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Lead projects and collaborate with business leaders.
• Support a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve controls and influence decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and evaluate personnel.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
