Cost Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Cost Accounting Manager provides Financial/Accounting support for the BD Diagnostics Solutions business, specifically supporting the Mebane, NC and Grayson, GA facilities. This role is critical in establishing financial objectives, maintaining accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with GAAP/SOX.

• Oversee planning, reporting, and analysis of Standard Product Costing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies.
