Overview

The Senior Process Consultant at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will work with clinical laboratories to analyze and improve their processes, ensuring efficient operations that positively impact patient care.

• Work with sales teams to identify automation-ready customers.
• Conduct onsite evaluations of laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer-facing presence and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement and lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and automation.
• Ability to facilitate process improvement events.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and CAD is a plus.
• Competencies in data management and system integration.
• Willingness to travel for on-site work.
