Overview

The Senior AI Scientist, Molecular Design is responsible for building, training and deploying GenAI molecular design models that drive significant impact to the organization as part of the Danaher Enterprise AI team.

• Proven experience in prototyping and deploying AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Excellent collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology is a plus.
• Strong publication record in AI conferences and journals.
