Requirements

• A Product Manager experienced in working on complex technical or AI products.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data; driving insights to make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of driving GTM and adoption with B2B customers.
• Strong product discovery toolkit with a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Customer-centric; adept at managing high volume feature requests.
• Leader with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excited by solving business problems and strategizing technology use in HR Tech.
