As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Beamery, you will lead the entire sales cycle, engaging with enterprise clients and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in an additional European language.
  • Strong negotiation and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-Suite decision makers.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious.
  • Experience in the HR & Talent industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
