Beam Benefits is seeking two Product Owners to enhance operational efficiency and user experience within the employee benefits industry, focusing on strategic initiatives and collaboration across various departments.

In Short

• Define and execute product initiatives for operational efficiency and business growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and Engineering to translate priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support planning cycles and prioritize features aligned with company goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in workflows and digital experiences.
• Track and analyze product and business metrics for insights.
• Assist in planning and managing product releases for timely delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or business operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.
• Experience in defining and executing product initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
