In Short

• Design and implement blockchain/DLT frameworks for blood supply chain provenance.
• Develop smart contracts and consensus mechanisms optimized for DDIL environments.
• Integrate DLT solutions with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Ensure interoperability between the ledger and DoD systems.
• Design APIs for data exchange with centralized and decentralized components.
• Embed Zero Trust principles and cyber-resilience into DLT solutions.
• Support compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework.
• Automate security validation in DevSecOps pipelines.
• Work within Agile teams for DLT integration.
• Support Tier 3 troubleshooting for DLT features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in distributed systems or blockchain engineering.
• Proficiency in blockchain/DLT platforms like Hyperledger Fabric or Ethereum.
• Strong knowledge of smart contract development.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
• Deep understanding of cryptography and secure key management.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain secret security clearance required.
