Overview

The Sr. Underwriter will manage a book of Major Accounts, utilizing financial and actuarial expertise to assess risks and price group health insurance products effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Stop Loss, Financial Underwriting, or Actuarial roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of contracts, underwriting, and claims processing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
