Overview

The Wholesale Risk Senior Manager I is responsible for preparing credit reviews and risk assessments for corporate clients, ensuring credit quality and compliance with the Bank's directives.

• Prepare credit reviews and risk assessments for corporate clients.
• Maintain credit quality for existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure Risk Adjusted Return meets established thresholds.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in Asia Pacific and HQ.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals.
• Monitor credit risk portfolio and client financial evolution.
• Communicate significant risk issues to the credit committee.
• Work with internal stakeholders for regulatory reporting.
• Implement and control internal tools for monitoring.
• Assist in policy and procedure monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking credit risk management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Strong understanding of banking products and risk management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate credit risk effectively.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.
