Overview

The Finance Program Manager role at BayWa r.e. is crucial for driving revenue growth by developing financial solutions that enhance customer purchasing experiences and strengthen market position.

In Short

Manage and grow financial solutions for customer purchases.
Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners.
Design and implement financing programs.
Support sales teams with financing solutions.
Lead training for internal teams and stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert on financing questions.
Continuously improve customer financing processes.
Report to the Director of Business Development.
