Integration Lead, Implementation - Remote

Overview

This role is critical to our ability to accelerate and scale our clinical AI product deployment as we expand our client base.

In Short

• We’re an early-stage startup that’s building a health AI platform to help clinicians make better use of real-time data to reduce preventable complications and save patient lives.
• We’re looking for an integration lead who has a strong background in project management, particularly with managing technical implementations, and excels at scheduling, resource allocation, technical support and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional technical projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to succeed in start-up and scale-up companies.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts including integration approaches, data interfaces, schemas, etc.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) system integration and health IT interoperability standards is highly preferred.
• Proven experience and track record creating operational efficiencies and improvements in order to accelerate project timelines.
• You have a strong knowledge of project management tools that can be used to improve transparency and operations.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage client and cross-functional relationships.
• Willing to travel 10-20% of the time for client go-live support.
