Overview

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Industrial Formulators team in Care Chemicals.

In Short

  • Lead sales efforts for North American Industrial Formulators markets.
  • Drive growth with customers and gather market intelligence.
  • Manage a sales team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Define KPIs and maintain dashboards for sales metrics.
  • Design territory and account segmentation for optimized resource allocation.
  • Recruit and develop top sales talent.
  • Define pricing strategies and support commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance and governance in sales activities.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Contribute to the long-term success of customers’ brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, chemistry, engineering, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with high-performing teams.
  • 8-10 years of commercial experience, preferably in industrial markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen to maximize business growth.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
