Base is looking for a Builder Regional Manager, Europe to help grow its global footprint and drive adoption in Europe.

• Recruit and manage a team of Country Leads in Europe.
• Be the primary ambassador for Base in your home country.
• Incubate and grow the European Base community.
• Run growth initiatives to onboard developers and users.
• Design and execute builder GTM strategies and programs.
• Support builders through mentorship and grant funding.
• Identify partnership opportunities in the ecosystem.
• Share market intel and product feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Operational experience in a crypto startup/project.
• Deep understanding of the European crypto and developer market.
• A solutions-oriented self-starter.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for building a global onchain economy.
• Experience managing a high performing team.
• Proficiency in at least two European languages.
