Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to leverage recruitment data for hiring strategies.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
