BARBRI is seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President of Demand Strategy to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role in architecting and executing a comprehensive perpetual demand generation strategy that fuels our growth and solidifies our market leadership. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to attract, engage, and convert prospective law students and legal professionals into lifelong BARBRI customers.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy.
  • Own B2C and B2B marketing strategy and execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of demand generation including digital and content marketing.
  • Utilize tools to analyze customer behavior and refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing demand generation team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and report to the executive team.
  • Manage the demand generation budget for optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to engage legal learners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations in email marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing.
  • 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on demand generation.
  • Proven track record in developing successful demand generation strategies.
  • Deep expertise across various marketing channels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the education or legal industry is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MarTech tools and platforms.
