In Short

• Lead the development of AI-powered simulations for legal training.
• Work closely with the Head of AI to enhance your expertise.
• Build and deploy workflow automations that solve real business problems.
• Stand up data pipelines and integrations across various platforms.
• Prototype and test solutions in AI and workflow automation.
• Own simulation products and launch AI features in existing products.
• Enable non-technical teams to build their own AI agents.
• Provide technical direction as the team grows.
• Support and improve existing knowledge retrieval projects.
• Work in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and experience in data processing.
• 5+ years of experience in building production backend or data engineering systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Full-stack capability for API and frontend development.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and take ownership.
• Azure fluency and experience with MS365 ecosystem.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of legal domain or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience at early-stage startups is preferred.
• Node.js/TypeScript knowledge for backend services.
