The Provider Compensation Consultant plays a crucial role in developing creative provider compensation solutions for Banner Health, utilizing market data to evaluate and advise on compensation strategies.

  • Maintain position description database and HRIS job tables.
  • Act as a resource for facility compensation inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compensation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation programs and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and relational database skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CCP certification preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
