Overview

The Patient Access Services Authorization Representative is responsible for validating authorization requirements and processing authorizations, ensuring compliance with department standards and billing requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare insurance and/or authorizations.
• Detail-oriented with high productivity standards.
• Advanced skills in common office software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business Management.
• Preferred: Certification in CRCR and/or CHAA.
