Requirements

• Law degree (Title required).
• Specialization in Financial Law, Consumer Protection, or Administrative Law (Desirable).
• 3 years of experience in financial regulation or compliance roles.
• Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Familiarity with CONDUSEF platforms and reporting.
