In Short

Work in HR Tech within the People & Culture department.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of technology solutions for HR.
Focus on self-service initiatives using ServiceNow App Engine.
Enhance employee experience and HR process efficiency.

Experience in digital transformation projects for HR is required.
Knowledge of HR processes and their specifics is essential.

Requirements

Proven experience in HR self-service projects.
Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, including workflows and automations.
Knowledge of HR processes.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies.
ServiceNow certifications (App Engine, HRSD).
Experience with HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Experience in Employee Experience projects.
