We’re helping a growth-focused marketing agency find a Head of Performance Marketing (Part-Time / Fractional) to lead high-value client relationships and elevate the agency’s paid media offering.

In Short

• Lead high-value client relationships in a marketing agency.
• Design and oversee data-driven performance strategies across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with a PPC Specialist for execution.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in performance marketing, including senior roles.
• Experience managing large ad budgets.
• Strong background in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of campaign attribution.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in agency environments managing client relationships.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on optimization.
